Main goals
Technical audit for the structuring of a company's maize supply chain in Burkina Faso
Specific objectives
SO1. Diagnosis of the current supply situation of the maize mill, taking into account the potential and risks related to supply through existing channels
SO2. propose a SMART action plan to help the maize mill to increase its supply in compliance with its specifications (required quality) and the contracts in place (specified prices and deadlines)
SO3. Draft a support plan for the implementation of the action plan taking into account the opportunities for financing the activities through the planned subsidies
Results
R1. A diagnostic report on the current supply situation including an analysis at company level and at the level of its current suppliers. This report will focus on the opportunities and risks existing on both sides of the supply chain
R2. A Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reachable and Time-bound action plan including the activities, timing and cost to be implemented for the company and each supply channel
R3. A plan to support the implementation of the action plan including an analysis of the financial means available and planned
