Main goals
RONGEAD's expert mission takes place within the framework of FAO's global initiative to establish a strategic planning process, leading to the identification of five strategic objectives from which regional initiatives have been defined

- of resilient livelihoods in Africa

** R1. ** Value chain diagnosis
** R2. ** Production equipment made available to producers
** R3. ** Best practices in Spirulina production are identified and documented
** R4. ** The places and groups in the production chain implementing best practices are identified
** R5. ** A detailed plan for a shooting session to produce a video documentary and a photo report is designed
** R6. ** The film crew is accompanied on site
Activities
** A1. ** Assess the Spirulina value chain (resource management, depletion, harvesting and production system, marketing chain ...)
** A2. ** Participate in the purchase and delivery of Spirulina production equipment
** A3. ** Make recommendations for actions that could be implemented by FAO or other projects/donors
** A4. ** Identify and document best practices in the production, conservation and marketing of spirulina
** A5. ** Identify places and groups implementing best practices in Dihe production
** A6. ** Accompany film crew to the selected sites

Julien Gonnet
Holder of a Professional Master II in Sustainable Development from the University of Geneva and a Master I in Geography from the University of Jean Moulin, he brings his expertise in project and studies building and management on agricultural markets, the use of ICT within the agriculture sector, the implementation of certification (organic, fair...) and engineering training
