Activities
This study of an information system connected to the warrantage network in Cameroon is part of the development of an action plan for agricultural risk management in Cameroon (the PARM process), whose roadmap was defined by MINADER and PA4RM in 2015. Following the results of the previous studies, PARM proposed to complete the analysis on risk management in Cameroon, while continuing the transversal (holistic) approach with a study aiming to make the warrantage system better connected to the market and to national strategies (food reserves management in case of crises), through the establishment of a comprehensive information system
