Gender and rural development team training in Burkina-Faso

Two members of Nitidæ Burkina-Faso participated in the « Gender and rural development » training, organized within the framework of the Master's degree Agrinovia established by the Universities Ouaga 1 and Roma Tre. This intense week was punctuated with experts' interventions regarding gender. The participants were trained in methodologies, tools and indicators to integrate the question of gender in all the stages of implementation of a development project. It was a convenient place for debates about equality and gender disparity in Africa.
