Management Control Assistant internship at our head office in Lyon

Come and support Nitidæ's administrative and financial team for 6 months and contribute to over fifty projects in Côte d'Ivoire, Mozambique, Madagascar and Burkina Faso with over 200 employees!

Mission

The management control assistant will be based in Lyon, and will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and recording the accounts of field missions abroad and assisting the administrative team at head office. You will also be responsible for checking field accounting documents and preparing field audits.

Supervision

Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will work in collaboration with Nitidae employees at head office and the administrative and financial managers of the association's offices abroad, as well as with the head office support team.

Candidate profile

  • Motivation for Nitidæ's objectives
  • Education: 2 years' higher education in accounting/management or humanitarian training.
  • Very good command of IT tools (Excel, Word)
  • Languages: French and English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the NGO sector and international development aid is an asset.
  • Desired qualities: honesty and integrity, organisational skills, rigour, interpersonal skills, autonomy, adaptability and ability to work in an intercultural context, ability to work remotely, ability to propose methods and procedures for continuous improvement in the work.
