Main goals
Develop a global strategy, both agronomically and organizationally, to convert to the American National Organic Program (NOP) the agroforestry production of fruits and the fruit processing into juice (coconut, orange, lime, grapefruit, pineapple...)

Specific objectives
SO1. Evaluate non-conformities between current agricultural practices and USDA NOP organic standard (gap assessment report)
SO2. Propose a set of relevant regenerative agriculture practices adapted to farms and agronomic expectations, which would make it possible to obtain organic certification while maintaining yields
SO3. Create an action plan, produce educational material and design a related 3-year support program to implement this agronomic and organizational transition and ensure its follow-up for company staff and small planters
SO4. Train farm staff on regenerative agriculture and agronomy topics such as compost making and spreading, selection, installation and management of cover crops, production and spraying of biostimulants, integrated management of fruit trees and interpretation of soil analysis
