Main goals

To transmit our knowledge of the implementation of an organic certification within a cashew processing company as well as with its suppliers (cooperatives) in order to guide them in the understanding of the requirements, the training of the personnel and the progressive compliance of the stakeholders involved.

Specific objectives

SO1. Perform a comparison between the initial situation and the one required by the organic farming specifications in order to establish an action plan to limit the risks and achieve compliance (e.g. organizational measures, training, new procedures, agricultural practices, meetings, buffer zones, dedicated storage, etc.)
SO2. Support the company in the implementation of this action plan by providing advice, models, explanations, and adaptations to the constraints encountered, and then proceed with a blank audit to remove the last non-conformities
SO3. Facilitate relations with the certification body (quotation, audit, contamination, non-conformities...) and ensure a follow-up of the certification during the 3 years of conversion (perennial crops)
