Tovondriaka Rakotobe
Biography
With a degree in science - coupled with a background in administration and environmental economics - he has over twenty-five years of experience in sustainable development in a variety of fields: management of a protected areas and protected areas network, environmental management in general (planning, information system, environmental impact assessments and quality management at the National Office for the Environment, natural resource management financing, climate change and carbon finance (project certification). He was also General Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment (three years) and the Ministry of Agriculture (one year).
